Building Pride and Self-Esteem
WHO ARE WE ? A free music program founded in 2012 for young people in south London, Ontario, Canada. It has been solidly documented that this helps the growth of youth who might not otherwise have access to quality instruction.
HOW IT WORKS : Youth are exposed to quality music several hours per week, training to perform in concerts at schools, nursing homes, retirement homes, to name a few venues. We play everything from the Masters to today's Pop music. Aside from the music, valuable life lessons are taught: self-esteem and pride of accomplishment. With a waiting list of another 20 youth we are poised for growth!

THE MESSIAH! December 20, 2016
A Student Messiah was presented December 20, 2016 at St. Peter's Basilica, London, Ontario featuring the El Sistema South London Octet along with three High School Chamber choirs (90 voices) - Laurier, Medway, Catholic Central.
Soloists Jocelyn Hoevenaars and Nicholas Lakatos were special guests.
